   Came for coffee last week the male serving with the hair band is so moody serving the public !! Does not interact with customers.. why Costa employ such a rude unwelcoming person for a social setting.. collected a good to go bag other day and he’s even worse .. just stares at you .. no manners doesn’t smile.. Costa needs mystery customers at this branch asap!!!

   No brown bread lady serving very stressed not very happy at all .working on own serving making coffee while a queue. U need more staff so the staff u have are not stressed and smile more very disappointed

   The food and drinks were the usual Costa quality, however the service provided by the staff was poor. One drink was left off of the order and the implication was that it was my fault. The coffee was pushed into the takeout tray with no comment and when I thanked the staff member concerned her response was to smirk. She had no concept of customer service. I have previously given this branch good reviews, but this particular team are not an asset to the company.

   Visited Knowle Costa (24/2/23) & had the misfortune to meet the rudest, arrogant waitress called Georgia. It was 5.30pm so I politely asked what time they closed as she was banging chairs around me, she threw an annoyed look & said 6pm. I asked if there was a problem & I explained I didn't understand her attitude. More attitude & no apology. I then spoke to the other waitress who was very apologetic for her behaviour & after reading other reviews I see Georgia is not a nice person. Georgia if you don't like customers, leave the hospitality service!

   No body clears the tables, so be prepared to do it yourself and sit on an unwiped table. As for the waitress Georgia, someone needs to explain to her what the meaning of "hospitality" is. Or ideally she should find another job not in the hospitality industry

   A nice Costa will lovely staff. Good selection of cakes and sandwiches. Plenty of spaces inside and a couple of tables outside.
