We went asked for a cappuccino and a festive hot chocolate. And we got a latte and hot chocolate without cream and chocolate..The response was I am tired ..
Very nice coffee shop in Solihull. Good service and good beverage selection plus everything you expect from a Costa. Happy to give five stars!
We use to enjoy our time in Costa,staff always pleasant but since dogs have been allowed in we are thinking of going somewhere else as not hygienic sitting with the smell of dog fur and staff stroking them and not cleaning hands before serving people.If your going to allows dogs in you need to have a segregated part for them as not everybody likes dogs.

Place was filthy with rubbish on the floor filthy floors we were sat next to a kitchen door propped open, everywhere is in need of a deep clean
Saturday afternoon very busy but with 5 staff members behind the desk we had to queue 25 mins just for coffee takeaway. Staff unhelpful and tired/lazy. When asked for suggestions regarding syrups member of the staff spinned eyes and looked very annoyed.
I'm sitting in Costa with my wife and whilst trying to enjoy my coffee one of the workers decides to sweep dirt and dust mop the floors leaving them soaked and spray chemicals all over the tables. At the same time leaving spray bottles all over the place with kids about. No wet floor signs. The after using her hand to wipe debris off the seats goes and makes people's food and drinks without cleaning her hand. No coshh awareness no food hygiene no respect for customers that do not wish to have a serving of chemicals with their drink and food. Leaving brooms mop and bucket lying around. What are they taught here. Very disappointed.
Had to queue for 15 minutes to get served. Coffee was fantastic as usual. Tables we not cleared. Toilet has leaked and floor was flooded. Not the usual experience from this place.
I have tried to contact this branch to discuss why my child and her friends were asked to leave. The worker said they had not purchased any items, when they told her they had she then said they were taking up 2 tables and other customers were waiting, they had literally just purchased their drinks and sat down. They had come in for a drink just like other customers, Is this how you treat your paying customers? Just because they are young people it does not give you the right to discriminate against them. She also asked another table of young people to leave too so it seems there is a common theme going on Poor customer service.
