   We’ve been visiting Boston Tea Party for years, and there truly is no café quite like it. Every visit delivers the same consistently excellent experience, no matter which location we choose. The food quality is always outstanding, the cafés are spotlessly clean, and the level of service is reliably high across the Midlands. Today we visited the Solihull branch and were served by a wonderful member of staff named Gabby. From the moment we arrived, she was warm, welcoming, and incredibly polite. Throughout our visit she was attentive without being intrusive—bringing our food and drinks out promptly, checking in to make sure everything was perfect, and maintaining a friendly, professional manner the entire time. It was especially lovely to receive such exceptional service during the busy Christmas period. We left feeling genuinely happy and well looked after. Another fantastic experience — we’ll definitely be back.

   Such a lovely experience from start to finish. The team were incredibly friendly the moment we arrived, the food came out quickly, and it was absolutely amazing. Special shout-out to Gabby, what a treasure! So warm, attentive, and excellent service throughout. I had the Eggs Royale and honestly, I’d have it every day if I could. Highly recommend.

   Fantastic experience! First time trying this restaurant for breakfast and drinks with a friend and we had a fantastic experience. The food was extremely flavorful and quick, the drinks were beautiful and tasty. Highly recommend! Joseph was extremely hospitable and friendly. Robyn was warm and welcoming. Would highly recommend to anyone who’s looking for an excellent place for breakfast and lunch!

   Boston tea party is a medium sized chain of coffee shops in the midlands and the south west of England, from previous visits at their branches down in Bristol I expected the coffee to be good. I paid the Solihull branch of Boston tea party a visit on the 19th of September 2025. I chose to buy a takeaway flat white, whoever reads this review please note that Boston tea party have banned use of disposable takeaway cups 4 several years now, they do have reusable takeaway cups there for a fee, I anticipated this so the photograph of a flat white in this review is in my own reusable takeaway cup. They still serve a bespoke blend from @extractcoffee and it still tastes the same as it did the last time I paid a visit in 2017! A staff member said that I was in for a treat, I said I'll be the judge of that! And the judgement is it was quite good!

   This was our first visit, and we were really impressed with the breakfast. It’s definitely not the cheapest, but absolutely worth every penny. The eggs were perfectly cooked, the sausages were made with quality ingredients, and the hash browns were next level! We especially loved the pineapple coconut smoothie – it had a piña colada vibe and was so tasty. Service was spot on too. Well done, guys!

   Go on, give this hidden gem a go, you won't regret it. Friendly staff, warm atmosphere and amazing food. Grab yourself a table and either go up to the counter and order or use the app and get table service. Food is consistently excellent. House coffee is rich and creamy without being bitter. My go to brunch restaurant without a doubt. Tried a few different items off the menu and all have been very tasty.

   Fabulous staff. Went above and beyond for my family. Great variety for vegetarians. Super tasty!!! Made our dining expensive with twin toddlers and a non verbal autistic 4 year old, so pleasant and stress free!!! I cannot thank them enough for accommodating us and our weird requests and not minding the chaos and mess that we brought. They even dug around their bin to look for the parking ticket that I'd lost!!!! These guys had outstanding customer service and with a bright sunny disposition. 1000% would recommend. Will definitely be revisiting this branch again.

   Nice, clean tea rooms. 2 floors. Offers dine-in, takeaway, delivery, click and collect. Lovely, friendly staff. Child-friendly, high-chairs, dog-friendly. Parking available directly opposite in the John Lewis car park.
