Flies on the cake, look at picture white cake in top shelf left side that’s a fly. Too slow at service should atleast have 3 members of staff. Close the doors to food that isn’t covered so insects don’t go on it too.
I love this Costa, I’m a regular here as the staff are absolutely lovely! The speed of the guy with the bun and curly hair, his amazing his got the best personality and customer service is awesome.
Chocolate and caramel cake. This is the worst cake I have ever tasted in uk. Today is my birthday, so i thought i should give myself a treat, but this cake ruined it. Sadly, this cake is too much dry. Don't want to give even one star to this cake.
Abit of a tight squeeze but otherwise it lovely. Costa so you can't go wrong but one of the better ones. The barista's here have always been lovely and I've always found it to be lovely and clean.
Always busy be prepared for a queue. Today the dark haired young lady and the tall chap with the top knot were on top of a busy lunch session. Not always the case. Excellent service. Busy but still had time for the customers.
Sadly, they don’t have wifi to offer to their customers. This is ridiculously unacceptable in this 21st century. Hence just 1 star. Good customer service though.
Purchased two drinks and toast on my last visit here and must say the staff are so happy and friendly to chat to. Will be visiting here again. My only fault is that there’s limited plugs and no WiFi for remote workers, so I had to hotspot from my phone.
It was good my daughter loved her cookie n hot chocolate I just was disappointed with my caramelised latte I couldn't taste the caramel
Got served in the morning on Sunday 10:15 am no queues , nice and clean store counter/ behind the counter. Over all much positive experience than before. Staff were polite when serving.
