Friendly, welcoming staff, warm atmosphere, and great coffee and snacks. Free parking too if you're just visiting Costa and not any company's in the building. Excellent!
Myself and my 9 year love going to this costa. We went Monday the 17th around dinner time and the 2 lads who I normally get served by were working. And they are brilliant..extremely helpful and polite.. they make my daughter laugh. I wouldn't go to any other costa..

I went into costa about a month ago and i was very happy with the service and the attention to detail shown by the staff member .I was back in costa last friday 7th oct and the customer in front of me was just about to pay for his order when the staff member pointed out that he could make a saving if he bought the package as a meal deal which saved him around £1.60.the lady cancelled the original transaction and then redone done the receipt to ensure the customer got his saving this was a lovely touch.I am always impressed by her manner and lovely smiling face.Her name is Julie Callagher i think the Mangerment at costa should know what a wonderful job she does.Keep up the great work

Nice little costa in fort shopping centre, quite busy and a small outside seating area. Friendly staff nice to have a short-break xx
It's what you'd expect really, the only problem is our orders are often wrong, a one off I could let slip but 3 out of 4 times in the last month our order has been wrong, either the actual drink itself or the size (ie, medium instead of large). You never get to see the receipt either, so who knows what you've paid for!
