    Claims to a Dyson 'expert' - I'm not so sure! Charged elderly customers for servicing a dyson vac and installing new filter. Photo clearly shows the filter wasn't renewed, just rinsed out absolutely filthy -appaling. Did not spot that two essential hoses were perished causing drastic loss of suction. A true expert has rectified the problems & vac now like new. Took money for parts not fitted and did a very poor job
