   Washing machine broke after 5 months. Started sparking and sounded like it was going to explode. Was told they can't do anything about it and don't offer a repair service. A waste of £200.

   Avoid wasting your money. Bought a fridge and a washer/dryer on October 2022. Was covered for 3 months. 4 and a half months in the dryer simply stopped working. Called them and they offer no repair services at all. Honestly, I am 41 and never had an appliance going wrong in my life. First time and I bought it from a store where you would assume some checks were done prior. 0 trust in them and please stay away. They clearly do not check the appliances so you may as well buy second hand from anyone and save money, no reason to buy from them thinking that maybe they are in better condition.
