   We can’t praise this company enough ! We bought a TV on line, it was delivered ( free) within 3 days, ( a day before Christmas Eve) we found it wasn’t compatible with our New Sky System so we asked if could return it. ‘ NO problem ‘ was the answer. We couldn’t have received more help from the Sheffield branch if we wanted. From all three members of staff that were on duty. Thank you to you all. Happy New Year

   Fast, efficient delivery and a good price but after sales customer service is very poor. Our microwave arrived damaged and we have not been able to get through via phone or email to organise a replacement. I would not recommend.

   Misleading, Dishonest & No After-Sales Support. Very disappointing experience. I received a high-value TV and spent over a month chasing the retailer due to issues with my order. I was repeatedly given false assurances — including being told items had been dispatched when they clearly had not. Once I provided clear evidence contradicting their claims, communication stopped altogether. Customer service was handled by Lauren, After Sales Team Leader, and unfortunately the lack of honesty, accountability, and follow-up made this situation far worse than it needed to be. I would strongly advise others to be cautious and keep everything in writing.. What should have been a straightforward fix turned into weeks of stress and wasted time. Poor communication, misleading updates, and no resolution after weeks of chasing. I'd now submitted a Section 75 claim with my credit card.

   Sent me a faulty T.V. Then made zero effort to correct the situation and their delivery drivers are the worst I've ever seen. And that's saying something! They they can't be bothered to ring the bell properly, can't speak English or communicate at a basic level, and can't be bothered to turn up at a time that might be convenient given I'd already had a T.V delivered that was faulty. They were impatient and incompetent in the extreme. They turned up and said they'd rung the bell, but they definitely hadn't as my poor mum was waiting all afternoon for them since I was at work! It was all too much effort to offer extremely basic customer service. And did they care? Not at all. Absolutely useless company. And to think I'd wanted to support a small business. I've now purchased from Argos, as I clearly should have done in the first place. AVOID this company - you have been warned.

   Crampton & Moore Rotherham. Staff are really friendly and helpful, their knowledge of products is brilliant. If they don't know, they won't blag it and make things up, unlike other companies. they will find things out. They don't try and sell you the most expensive products. They find what's right for your needs. If they don't sell the products you want, they message their buying team and can get you most things. They also price match and give you the best deals around. Pete was amazing and went out of his way to help. He looked at a few products for me and compared them and got the best prices round. Top bloke.
