    Manager on Argos Edenthorpe very unsuitable for her position. From the shift of 7 of September 2025. Making her own world in her workplace. Was trying to return damaged item. Before contacting customer service and explaining situation i was confirmed my return will be accepted. When going to store, that women manager is saying: ITS MY DECISION, and pretending that she is smarter than others. I had to visit that store for 3 times after multiple phone calls and chats with customer service, but when i arrived to return item she refused every time. After wasting half of my day i decided to go to another Argos and item was taken and refunded straight away. Whats wrong with that women? Does every Argos following same procedure? Or some unhappy women can waste other people time just like that?

    Ordered a blink outdoor camera and collected it . When I got it home the packaging had already been opened and the outdoor plug that came with it was damaged, this was obviously a return item .I returned it and a replacement was ordered to collect on the following Sunday ( next delivery day ). I returned on the Sunday and it hadn't arrived and was told it would be here on the following Wednesday . I returned today Wednesday 9th of July to collect it only to find out it had been cancelled as there was no stock available . Why no notification saying it wasn't coming . The staff at the store refunded me ........not their fault I suppose . However I will now only be ordering from Amazon and will be deleting my Argos app ..........poor poor service , never again .

    I purchased iphone which is faulty - buzzes when charging. And store refused to replace and directed me to APPLE. Apple recommended to return as it is within 30 days money back warranty. Argos customer service recommended wait another 16 days for money back warranty to expire, then go to APPLE. Phone was collected 14 days ago. I did not expect that from company like Argos - completely rubbish approach. Plz suggest what are my options.

    Nov 2024, again. Absolute shambles if I could swear on here I think I would do. Customer service means absolutely nothing. When I asked if I could see a manager I got a shrug. They literally could not care less about any customers. This wasn't just my opinion this time. Unfortunately, this was opinion of two other people who were there at the same time. Such a shame that a company that I used to once visit regularly has now completely disregarded all of its values Nov 2024. Unfortunately not the best experience, unless you have pre-ordered or pay at a till. Firstly the Argos website displays products for sale that are not available, even searching far and wide, which is disappointing. Secondly, if a product is available, but far away, why is it not available to buy with additional postage, with the amount of vehicle movements they have simply picking some items to drop.them off at another store cannot be that difficult. I purchased from the self-serve screens. Got my receipt and moved to the collection point. 2 other customers came in, paid at the till, and we're given their products immediately whilst I stood around. After they left, I was then asked if I was being served, even though my collection was shown first and being actioned, they obviously don't do first come first served anymore. Given the time of year, they need to get a bit better, imo, or people may get a bit annoyed. Sept 2023. Quite easy collection

    Lovely people in store bought my kids beds on the 26th for them to be delivered on the 9th for them to send me messages saying both orders are not available and have cancelled rung them up no explanation not happy!!!
