   Excellent service. I rang Friday morning as my washing machine wasn't working correctly no hot water. They got me an appointment for Monday afternoon which was very quick and the repair guy arrived promptly as they said. Fixed my problem straight away heating element had failed and burnt out. Now back to fully working great. Very reasonable prices as well

   I went in for a new oven heating filament which wasn’t standard and there was a really helpful lady at the counter. She kept looking for different ones until she found a matching one. It is great that there are still shops like this open and they haven’t been swallowed up by the online shops.

   Over inflated price (£15) for a set of Carbon brushes (£6 or less elsewhere)..... but gets the job done if you need the spares local and quickly. Good stock of spares. Ring ahead perhaps for a price rather than assuming the going rate.

   Contacted Russell's as our washer had broken and we needed a new one. Great communication, came on a day suitable for us. Unfortunately we had issues with our piping which the engineer discovered when trying to remove our old one, hence a few minutes of panic as our kitchen almost flooded (not engineers issue, previous plumbing on house problems we didn't know about). We called a plumber who came out and fixed the problem and the engineer from Russell's returned later that same day. Removed old washer and fitted our new one despite a very small awkward kitchen space, and even stayed and showed us how to use it and didn't take payment until we were happy with the new appliance. Absolutely fantastic service from the start, would very highly recommend this local company!
