cute atmosphere & 10/10 shisha. mocktails were also really good. one of my favourite lounges in birmingham!
Went with my wife and had breakfast which was no doubt really nice. The customer service was good too. . .However i have given 3 stars because the whole experience was somewhat over shadowed by the immaturity of the staff shouting and laughing with mates and swearing at each other. Some might call it banter, but try to keeping a lower tone. Also the choice of tracks playing in the background are not suitable if you want to take your family for breakfast or lunch. Overall its not a family place, and on that basis i would not go again.
Excellent atmosphere with taste of west , staff are friendly and quick to serve, food presentation 7/10 , drink presentation 8/10 , value for money 7/10 , try this place out it worth it.

Their shisha coals are good, flavour is good however the coal change is rare and I had to keep calling for a change. Tried their karak chai but it was not karak chai, more like store bought powdered chai. Staff tend to sit around. I hope you take up the feedback and improve as it has a lot of potential.

After a few friends recomended this place we went as a family with a newborn to try it out for breakfast absolutely terrible experience! When we first arrived the worker was alone we was told to just take a seat he was rushing around with delivery orders we waited for him to bring menu then for him to come back to take order he was all rushed off his feet the place was FREEZING, we had a newborn with us, told by the guy only the owner can turn heating on/off from his phone and he was not answering just phone to ask him to switch it on. Asked to order pancakes was told they have none, ordered desi breakfast stated on menu with two paranthas you actually get one cut in 4 pieces breakfast came out cold ! Karak chaii is mixed up powder absolutely DISGUSTING, service is just not there the place has no atmosphere would not bother with this place !!!! But the guy who was there
The food here is amazing! The quality and presentation is top notch. Shisha is great and I can highly recommend this place as a hidden gem
