   I wish there were more than 5 stars. Love this store! A few months ago our dryer decided it didn’t any to work anymore so off we went to Riley’s. Full explanation of what they had on offer and what would work for us. Next day delivery and installation with the old dryer taken away. Fantastic service from walking in the shop to installation. Fast forward 4 months and the dishwasher is on the blink. Went to Riley’s and once again 5* service and delivery & installation. If need anything electrical Riley’s is my first stop. Why shop anywhere else when you get such brilliant service from them and it helps a local business. Riley’s is simply a credit to Bolsover and I for one will not go anywhere else for my electrical goods!

   Went into store this morning, was greeted by a friendly young lady , to buy a condenser tumble drier , came out 20 mins later after purchasing one and to be told we could have it delivered by the end of the same day , what more can you ask for , I always recommend Riley’s of Bolsover , small shop and the staff are really pleasant , nothing is too much trouble .

   Great service, absolutely first class. I bought a Hoover washing machine from Rileys at Bolsover and from start to finish they were amazing. I had been let down by a different company after waiting a week for the same washer, which then arrived damaged. I phoned Rileys on a Friday afternoon and they had the same washer in stock and delivered it to me the very same day. I would definitely go to that shop again for other electrical items. Highly recommend. Thanks to all the staff involved.

   Great customer service. Been without a washing machine since sunday. No delivery untill 16th jan from bigger companies. Walked in Rileys at 9am this morning and washer delivered and in use before 1pm. Would 100% recommend.

   I Called into the shop yesterday late afternoon for a fridge/freezer and microwave I was greeted with a smile and service that is second to none.they arrived first thing this morning and the dilivery lads installed them in the kitchen were I wanted them couldn't have been more helpfull. Good old fashioned service with a smile and prices that match the big out of town retailers. Very highly recomended I've been shopping at Rileys for 30 years, I wouldn't buy any electrical items anywhere else.
