   I’ve just fitted my first Howdens wardrobe. The design was done in a day, the stock was picked and on a trolley for me with no shortages! The finished job looks just like the design!

   Rang up on an enquiry. I asked the receptionist if she dealt with the joinery side of the business, as I know they also supply kitchens. She spoke quite condescendingly, 'We ARE the joinery side'. I continued to explain to her I need someone to shave some doors and for some intumescent strips to be installed. She just wasn't' listening at all. She asked me to hold and then came back to me and told me that they don'y supply fire doors! I never asked her to supply fire doors! Won't be ringing this company again. Very ignorant.

From planning stage to delivery the guys at Retford always work to a high standard. Everytime I go in branch I'm made to feel very welcome and most days have a good giggle (if I'm not in a mood).    Not like it used to be.not really bothered. I've seen more life in an aspirin. I wanted skirting etc Got wrong size wrong price and had to cut it myself.while they watched. Let's hope they can sort it . Well early morning call from a lovely gentleman called Matt Nothing too much trouble . All sorted .just the difference . And stuart the delivery driver was really helpful. Thank you Lesley
