Went in this evening for 3 bags of cement, The staff where brilliant one loaded my trolley and another put the bags in my car.
Lovely staff who were very quick to help me when I explained that I couldn't see very well.
Nice, happy and friendly staff. Apart from one member of staff. She was rude, impolite and sharp. She clearly doesn't like her job, and she needs an attitude adjustment. Ruins the review because apart from her, it's always good when you go to this B&Q
Susan and the kitchen team did an excellent job designing our kitchen, they are patient and knowledgeable.
Staff were more interested with looking at there mobile phones than dealing with customers, really shocking customer service.
Perhaps the people on the checkout could stop ignoring the customer until they have finished talking to each other, and even a good morning can l help you, very poor l could have been a secret shopper
