   So I called the helpline on the cordless vacuum as it shows as charging but doesn’t work. I’d already checked to make sure it was clean and not blocked. I was told I’d receive an email that would sort the problem, all the email says is basically to charge the product and check your see it’s not blocked lol I’d done all that before calling. Please don’t buy this product it’s not worth it, it’s the cordless 2in 1 Supervac, when it did work it didn’t pick up that well and not really up to the job.

   Bought the stylish black 4 slice signature toaster Morphy Richards from Curry’s after Christmas. It has a number of settings however 1 is underdone and soggy and anything slightly over that burns the toast. Contacted Morphy Richards and they sent a replacement - brilliant customer service I thought. However this one does the same burns everything! Sadly now Morphy Richards are ignoring my emails. The thing wasn’t cheap at £84.99 of my hard earned cash. It definitely doesn’t do what it says on the tin. My husband says one day he’s going to try it out on the highest setting outside with a fire extinguisher on stand by to see if it incinerates the toast!!!! For now it’s a decorative ornament in my kitchen.

   Poor quality - the carafe that came with my coffee machine broke after just 2 years whilst constraining boiling water. Bought another from them (they dispatched the wrong one) and when I submitted a balanced review on their website upon their request about the quality, they ‘moderated it’ ie wouldn’t post it. Avoid.

   Came very close to serious accident yesterday . My wife was carrying the ceramic bowl from the pressure cooker which was full of piping hot food when the bowl completely shattered in half close to our grandchild and ruining the carpet. We would never risk that happening again.

   We have order a new steam generator iron from the site a couple of weeks ago, we have received a plane iron, ( much more cheaper item!) I am trying to contact the customer service for 5 days now , to arrange for the correct item to be delivered,and their lines are not working !I have sent an email to the customer service as well, right away when we received the wrong item and no one has get in touch yet (a week now..)to inform us how we get the item that we have payed for. These is unacceptable and really frustrating situation, as we end up with no iron for 2 weeks now and the pile of the wrinkled clothes is going up and up. I would definitely not going to shop again from this brand , and I hope that we will get a response from the company,and get the correct item soon !

   I bought a 450 ml Travel Mug on Thursday 15th April. I used it for the first time on Sunday 18th April to take coffee out, and after filling it with boiling water, used it within two hours. It was almost cold. I did not use milk in the coffee at all. I am very disappointed in the product, and had bought it because of the past good name of Morphy Richards. It has put me off buying goods in the future.

   Morphy Richards products are worst. I purchased a Morphy Richards OFR 1100 Oil Heater in 2013. It didn't work even 1 day as it had a manufacturing defect. Many other customers reported the same issue and returned the product. I am completely dissatisfied with the product as well as your company. Your engineers came 3-4 times but couldn't resolve the issue and admitted there was a manufacturiing defect in the product.
