We were helped today by a really friendly and knowledgeable member of staff when buying a TV bracket. He took the time to explain our options and helped me and my partner get the best deal. Great customer service – we will be coming back, thank you!

I went in to just look at TVs. I need one, but unsure about the size. I got excellent advice, no sales pressure from the experienced lady salesperson, sorry I didn't get her name. She spent a lot of time with me and much appreciated- I'd prefer to buy one from a store rather than online, so I'll be buying one from here next month. It was a nice experience browsing the huge display of TVs. Sometimes, as in their clever comedy TV Ads, you just need to see and feel the product in real life. Thanks to my local Currys. Worksop store has limited stock. 3 visits and still no stock what I require. Went if for a new hairdryer for my partner and was told sorry we don't stock them as they are seasonal.lol
Always have good experiences when shopping at currys. This visit we bought a shark cordless hoover which is fantastic, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we found the best hoover we could for the money.
I came to the Drakehouse store and asked a male member of staff if you had a phone and handset compatible with an old one I had in my bag. He was rude and condescending and I actually heard him sigh as he walked in front of me. Not good customer service!
Not enough staff, rude unhelpful manager, completely wrong info about a fridge/freezer. And they sent me miles away to another branch for a vacuum cleaner they said was in stock but wasn't. Customer service is appalling, I won't be going there again.
Generally has most of the electricals you need. Some are decent value. But again.....a lot of items can be bought elsewhere (online especially) for less.
My hp printer finally gave up the ghost after 11 years. I needed a new equivalent to my old model ,don't know anything about printers now, so my first thought....Currys. At the shop they usually have people to give professional advice to,I wasn't disappointed. I finished up with a choice of two, the price had gone up over the years and it surprised me . But I need a good reliable printer so after weighing up the pros and cons, chose the hp Smart tank plus. Brilliant.
