Popped in for a bite to eat whilst waiting to collect someone. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. That’s where the positives end the food to me was very bland and tasteless. bacon was paper thin and bland. Hash browns were soggy and the toast was sweet and again tasteless. £12 for a breakfast and a cup of tea I must say I will not try this again

Bought a Cheese toastie and latte.. Asked server if toastie was suitable for vegetarians as does not say on packaging, he confirmed it is. The bread was lovely and buttered but the toastie I felt did not have flavour, maybe if they had put some tomatoe sauce like cafe Nero then would have tasted much better. It was just a standard toastie I could have made at home!!! Luckily I asked for ketchup!! Latte was lovely and warm.. By the time I had the toastie it was just right temperature to drink. Service 10/10 Atmosphere 10/10 nice and quiet went in at 9am Food 3/10 Latte 10/10

Lovely ambiance. Good price. Fascinated by free babychino. A small cup looks just like a teeny cappuccino cup of warm milk free with parents drink. Full marks for catering for all the family. Our future cappuccino drinker/customers

Located in Sainsbury's with other eateries. The service was great and the cafe was not busy when we arrived. We sat by the window on comfy seats with our coffee. I had a decaf cappuccino and my wife had an oatmeal latte. We had some fantastic scones that were served hot. These were soon filled with rich butter, luscious strawberry jam and super tasty clotted cream. I prefer mine with the clotted cream on top of the jam. Lovely. Thank you Carluccio's

Wow this is an awesome Sainsbury's with an awesome food court too. So lovely to have a Caffe Carluccios in there as well. The staff were friendly and very accommodating also asked me if I'd like my afternoon scone warmed so I did. Coffee was lovely too.. Hope Sainsbury's in Nottingham do this too as I miss my Carluccios coffee...

The worst cup of coffee I've ever had the misfortune to drink. Some of it was even brought to our table in a cup (see photo). My wife's latte was as bad and the cannoli she had was rock hard. Oh, yes, we had to wait at our table for over 10 minutes. NIL stars. Please do not go to this establishment, it will disappoint. You have been warned. I've also complained to their head office. I had to, as their IT department couldn't be bothered to update their website to include this store, despite it having opened over a year ago.

Visited early on a Tuesday morning. Lady on the till was friendly, service was efficient. I ordered the breakfast deal; sausage in bread roll and a cappuccino and both were delicious. The bread was especially tasty ( foccacia style) being crispy on the outside with butter making the bread inside fluffy and gorgeous. The sausage was really tasty too, not overly seasoned and no gristle. Great music playing too! Overall, a really pleasant experience.
