   I am a constant customer of this restaurant and it is one of my favourite spots in Birmingham. The food is very traditionally Hong Kong-style and absolutely delicious, and the owners are very friendly and enthusiastic about their food. The fried beef noodles and sour-sweet chicken are highly recommended, and there are many other options that capture the essence of Hong Kong's culinary heritage. The Hong Kong-style milk tea is one of the best my family has ever had, even compared to those we had in Hong Kong. The owners even use frosted tea/coffee cubes as ice in their lemon tea/coffee, so the taste remains rich even when the ice melts.

   We have been here for several times already, very good dinning experience! Tasty foods, excellent "stir-fried Chow Mein" and "fried rice". Traditional Hong Kong milk tea, Cappuccino with cream.....all with high standard. Last but not least, the restaurant staffs are polite, we appreciate and thanks for their hospitality!

   Invited by friends to this restaurant for Hong Kong Style foods. I can say the taste is almost the same as you eat in Hong Kong, except it is not so salty and oil. I like this bcoz it is more healthy. After talking with the chief, he searched for different ingredients to present the original Hongkong taste. You know it is not easy in the UK where missing some ingredients. Actually most UK Chinese restaurants' foods are sweeter. There has a secret menu that is handwriting in Traditional Chinese. That's what all Hongkongers looking for in the taste of our motherland. If you are afraid of cannot reading Chinese words, don't worry! Speak to the staff, they can introduce you in English.
