Lovely branch of costa with really nice staff. At busy times service can go a bit off the rails but all intentions are good. The ladies keep an eye on customers and who is on the premises, as they have had homeless people trying to use the bathroom. However they deal with this very kindly. Great housekeeping, nice and clean but they deserve a refit.
Been here many times, it's location is fantastic and if you're lucky, you might find a parking space right outside. I must admit that some of the staff here are very helpful and nice. The atmosphere is very relaxed and I enjoy visiting this branch on Bearwood High Street.
Just had the loveliest service by Hiten. He was so polite and friendly. Great smile and welcomed me as soon as I walked in which was the nicest thing first thing in the morning! Great coffee too as usual!
Shame my cake was dry. Coffee was nice.
Rude staff member lacks how to interact with customers. Coffee is not good as usual but adding poor customer service, two star review is exactly what they deserve. Experienced on the 6th March at 09:15 at Bearwood Branch. I think it is better to buy from local coffee shops rather than making Costa bigger.
They do make a nice coffee but the staff have no time to even be polite to anyone as your just a number waiting for your order ttxxxxxxx
The standard Costa experience - decent high street chain coffee and food. Friendly and helpful staff elevate the experience. Seating inside and out (not that Bearwood Road is the nicest to sit outside in due to traffic volume, but it gives an option for a fresh air pit stop!)
Great staff, gorgeous coffee and muffins. Place looks smart and nice, always good to meet friends or read book with good coffee, and enjoy your time. My favourite place in this area.
