   November 16th at 2:31pm approx. Extremely rude Barista in training. Don’t know her name, but she seemed like an Asian girl with glasses. She seemed like she didn’t want to be there, She was getting frustrated with my wife and showed signs of impatience. This is extremely off putting and unsure what kind of customer service is being endorsed here.

   I went there to get a drink but i went used toilet 1st to wash my hand 1st she shouting no no no you can’t use the bathrooms she shouting she acting very rude everyone watching me the customer like I did a criminal straight away I left there because she was very rude. She acting very rude. The way shouting she said some of them use the bathroom before you. Making dirty I get that is dirty, but she didn’t be shouting with the customers I shouldn’t be too like that act like that everyone watching me. The time today around 4:30 . The staff tool on skinny one. That’s a shame what his business Never ever go back there

   Disappointing visit to this Costa. Tables piled with dirty dishes. Toilets are shocking. Hot chocolate tasted of nothing, so I left it. Best thing was the vegan billionaire slice. The Lady, who appeared to be the manager, was the nicest person there. Needs a good wipe down everywhere.

   The Americano made by Rachael is very good! The hot chocolate too! So nice they are both best described as sexy! However their chocolate brownie is so common doesnt have the lift! Thats why I bought my own!

   Just went to loo at Costas coffee shop and the woman at the counter who was very rude said customer only even though I was going for lunch won't be going there again they need to respect Customers !!

   I Went to the Smethwick branch & needed the toilet before I ordered. This butch assistant said, after I said I was here to buy but needed the loo said I had to buy something??? After repeating that my intention was to buy something as I did every time I went there, he continued to say I needed to purchase. What a boy/child!!!The excellent manageress overruled him & gave me the code so I could relieve myself..This week I went to the Bearwood branch only to be messed around by the same idiot from Smethwick. They had moved him??....( his previous job must have been doorman from a club because that's how he come across, like its a transferable skill to polite & firmly say no. If an elderly lady came in she wouldn't treat them the same way...other Costa explain that you have to purchase & give you the code...but this guy treats you like he is a childish punk...I will not be back....

   This is very warm and welcoming cafe. Sam assistant manager is very helpful and professional. There is nice selection of desserts to wet your appetite. Some chairs and tables are outside too.
