Met up with some friends, waited at the till to order and was told it wasn't working and would have to use the computerised menu, also told we could use our blue light cards by scanning. Needless to say that didn't happen, so no discount then to ladies got there drinks and snacks and continued to pay at the till, very disappointed this time.

On Sunday 16th November I thought I would have a change and treat myself to a breakfast. A bit of a dissappointment, as the tables were filfhy along with the floor. This was at 10.15 in the morning, if this reflects this kitchen it should concern all of us that have esten there.

I couldn't believe what my mom and I were seeing, everything absolutely disgustingly filthy. None of the tables were cleared, food on the floor, to get a drink you had to go through all the cups to find a clean one. The floor was so filthy it looked like it had never been cleaned. To be honest how environmental health haven't been called here is ridiculous. We left straight away worried we would catch something.

The nearby Premier inn were in a mess so after a 30 min wait and the promise of a further hour for food we came here. Just what we wanted, simple to order, helpful staff, basic but nice food. Well done. If you offered rooms as well we use you!!

Spend £4.99 on an adult meal and kids eat free! The breakfast is really nice about £6 something for a full English breakfast which is plenty big enough, really nice fresh bread from the bakery!

Disappointed always rated this place highly until today. Staff have always been friendly and hard working and still are to be fair. But, came in for my usual black coffee which is normally 99p but is now £1.59! Are you seriously charging these prices now? What was wrong with the way it used to be? Always been a good place to eat, drink and chat before or after shopping, but I'm very disappointed with the price rises and would like then to be reconsidered or my regular custom will be lost! Such a shame not to come back to what has always been a pleasurable place to visit and the hard working staff if they lose customers regular or otherwise. Sort it out Morrisons don't throw away custom!

Went for lunch and coffee today, coffee was nice from self service only one machine working had to wait over half hour for 2 bacon rolls bacon could have been cooked longer rolls were warm as if they had been put under hot plate, while we were waiting one of the staff helped herself to drinks and food then sat in cafe while people were still waiting for their food however one member of staff was running round cleaning tables

Our trip for breakfast this morning was so disappointing! My husband & I got there early morning (9.30am) & it wasn't busy, we got our own hot drinks but then waited 25 minutes for our breakfasts to come!! Our drinks had stewed as we were trying to keep the tea hot. When the breakfast came, most of it was luke warm. My poached egg was hard, I might as well had a hard boiled egg. We ate it as we were in a hurry & had a busy day ahead of us, this was the whole idea of having breakfast, so that we had eaten. Paying over £16.00 for what should have been enjoyable breakfasts, turned out to be rubbish & a waste of time & money. Why wasn't it hot, why was the poached egg hard. The staff weren't run off their feet as there was only one person in front of us ordering, the other people in the cafe were already eating. We won't be rushing back!!
