Went in wanting to buy my first cigar, I didn’t catch her name but the lady in the shop was very helpful and knowledgeable Gave me a walk through everything, showing me all different types and made the process much easier for me Definitely recommend and will come back ☺️
Stumbled across this shop, I got the biggest welcome from Michelle! Asked about my cigar habits and what I have had before, very knowledgeable in that area, explaining the different growing environments and how that effects the taste. Recommended some great Cigars which went down a treat with some rum Highly recommend this place for anyone wanting some good cigars
I've been buying cigars from here for just over 3 years. the staff are brilliant! Saw Jozef yesterday after a year and he still knows his stuff haha! Michelle is also great, very helpful, friendly and full of knowledge! I would recommend this shop to any cigar smoker - whether your just getting into cigars or you are an advanced smoker!! 5 Stars!
As a non-smoker, I went in to get a few cigars for a gathering I'm having soon. I'd done some research into what cigars to go for, but when I got the shop, I was amazed by the selection of cuban and around-the-world cigars on offer. The guy who ran the store was passionate about what he does. But he was also extremely knowledgeable, friendly and kind. He taught me more in 10 minutes than I'd learned by looking online for a couple of hours. He also made sure he recommended the best cigars for the occasion, and didn't try to convince me to pay more for something he knew we wouldn't enjoy or might be too strong. That was a nice touch. Would definitely go back in future if another occasion came up!
We called in today (4th Sept 21) and met Jozef who was extremely friendly and helpful. As a novice cigar smoker he helped us and advised us with our choices, and boy were there a lot of choices!!. It was clear he was more interested in customer satisfaction rather than making a quick buck, often steering me away from the expensive cigars to more "beginner" cigars. After we had paid and were saying our goodbyes he asked what the rest of our day looked like, so we said we were going to go for lunch somewhere. He didn't just recommend us a place, he phoned the owner to tell him to fit us in!!! What a great guy and a great shop! We will definitely be back!!!

Fantastic cigar shop. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable and the prices are great. Online prices are matched in store and there is a great selection of Cuban and New World cigars. Staff allow you to just browse rather than pressure you into a purchase unlike some other cigar shops. Highly recommended.
