   I emailed a complaint but they could not be asked to respond. Upon attempting to sit down, we found that several tables were visibly dirty and not simply in need of a quick wipe. Plates with leftover food, rubbish, and general debris were present on many tables, with additional litter scattered across the floor. This was despite there being only a handful of customers present — including myself, my partner, and my mother-in-law — and noticeably more staff than customers at the time. My first impression was very poor, and I regret not taking photographs to document the condition of the café. Unfortunately, the service and food quality further compounded this negative experience. Staff appeared disengaged and behaved as though customers were an inconvenience. They seemed more focused on chatting with an off-duty colleague and moving back and forth behind the counter than attending to customers. The overall attitude felt unmotivated and unwelcoming, to the extent that I felt uncomfortable and undervalued as a customer. It took approximately 20 minutes to prepare three coffees. When the cups were brought to the table, they were visibly dirty. My partner raised this with a staff member and was told that it was “not his fault” as the dishwasher does not clean them properly — a response I found unacceptable. When my partner later informed staff that the coffee machine required emptying, a staff member proceeded to bring the only prepared meal to the machine and placed it on a visibly dirty surface instead of delivering it to the table first. When questioned, the response given was rude and unprofessional. Cutlery provided was also dirty to the extent that we resorted to using the wooden cutlery available. In terms of food quality: A piece of cake purchased from the counter was stale The lasagne and accompanying salad were served with salad that appeared several days old The all-day brunch took over 30 minutes to arrive and included undercooked sausages, rendering the meal inedible I believe the issues observed warrant your immediate awareness and review. If left unaddressed, they have the potential to negatively impact customer confidence, brand reputation, and customer wellbeing. I trust that you will give this matter the serious consideration it deserves and would appreciate confirmation that these concerns are being investigated

   Service was very poor. Food came cold. Had to hunt down the cutlery and sauces. £8 for a micro meal we could have brought downstairs for £2. No napkins but the man did give us blue roll. For what we paid here we could have gone for a pub lunch. Side salad was just mixed leaves. No tomato cucumber or onion.

   New staff are bad at their job. Run around like they don't know what they doing. Seems they new. Don't bother checking if it's enough forks etc for customers. You wait 10 to 30 minutes to be served and it's barely any que if any which causes people to walk out. 3 people served 1 customer or few people together at the time instead 1 person work on till, 1 in kitchen preparing food and 1 serving, cleaning and replenish. And this with some food been ready like in buffet style like beans etc. They rely on self service where you pay by card where a lot people who come are cash payers. They very slow. Food is nice enough for Asda cafe but also you can notice they running out and don't restock fast enough. Refurbished part made it look nicer.

   Love coming here our go to place,however since the new refurb which place looks fab,all new menus and ordering systems,more choice of food options.however new guidelines to the kids meal portions are rediuculous! 5 chips per meal half a scoop of mash potato! Good for small eaters like my 1 year old however my 3 & 9 year old were not happy. A group of boys in secondary school unifrom were on another table i heard them saying they were still hungry after there nuggets/2 fish fingers and 5 chips. I know its only £1 but this is silly.ketchup and mayo is now 15p per shachet.
