   Terrible service from Emily and lenny and also the branch manager this branch tried to overcharge me twice already, didn’t get the drinks I ordered, very slow service, also greedy for money, poor customer service and the drinks were cold heated to the wrong temperature, condiments stand not cleaned, tables not tidied even it was quiet, need to contact head office for such a disgrace! I would rather go elsewhere than this coffee bistro on the same high street! Bins are full and stinking. Shocking

   I come in every Friday with my dear friend. We have been consistently greeted well and our drinks are always to a top standard. A worker, Sam is always very polite and he always greets us with a smile. Another worker, Thia is also fast and efficient in making our drinks and they always make for an enjoyable experience.

   I pop with my family for cup of coffee we want to seat inside, it was 5 o’clock - Costa close at 6 , we didn’t been asked if we want take away , when I told barista we want to seat in she said that we can drink inside but she did in take away paper cups , unbelievable- clearly I want to drink nice cup of coffee in glass mug no take away paper cup and clearly I wasn’t happy but she didn’t give me a choice- looks like staff don’t want to have much job after close. Not recommend!

   Dirty table, staff busy throwing milk over each other and couldn’t be bothered to stir in syrup when asked by another colleague if it had been done. Yes customers see and hear everything.

   First visit to a Costa in some time, hard working young girl serving customers, preparing food and drinks by herself. We waited about 10 mins to be served 3rd in a queue as she appeared to be lone working. The assistant was doing her best, once she taken our order, having been in the cafe for approx. 15 minutes a second colleague appeared but only to clear tables. Food and coffee was usual standard but well done to young staff member who was holding down the fort.

   Absolutely nothing wrong with this Costa :) friendly staff and a good cup of coffee. Very generous sizing. Ordered a medium and it was laaarge which obviously is a good thing as I know now to go with small next time. Got there around 8:30 on a Tuesday, not a long wait and got my coffee. The place was relatively empty as everyone was coming in for the coffee on the go. Clean toilets and plenty of seating. Went past again around 10am and it was looking much busier, but still had plenty of seating available.

   Great little Costa in the middle of Bromsgrove high street. Plenty of seating. It's surprisingly a very busy place (lots of 2 go's going on while I was here 12-1). Keeps up to the usual Costa standards. Clean, tidy and presentable. Friendly staff and good atmosphere. Felt no pressure to rush my latte. Working o2 WiFi. Bonus for laptops and phones.
