I made an appointment to have an oven repaired. The engineer didn't arrive on time. I called to see if the engineer was still coming, the reply was 'if you are going to rush me find someone else'. Very unprofessional.

Vic is a very conciensous, experienced, worker. He will do his best to repair your domestic appliances. He is meticulous from start to finish. Loves his job, no matter how big or small. . Very polite i would definitly call vic every time
I think we may have been Vic Walter's first repair since lockdown began. He assessed our broken dishwasher, ordered the spare part and fitted it as soon as it was available. He was extremely professional, responded to all our queries and did a great repair job. I would definitely recommend him.
