   I am NOT happy with this service. DO NOT BUY THE KEBAB. Im telling you do not buy it unless you want to suffer. firstly the order took 1hr and 15 mins to arrive even though we were told it would take 30-45 mins. When our food came we were hit with a vile stench The kebab was ROTTEN to the core; with a rubber like texture and nasty taste. We knew something wasn’t right. The stench spread across our entire house making us gag, throw up and feel queezy. I AM NOT KIDDING. We called them to explain the situation , the women on the phone was rude and kept shouting at us as were explaining. We were told we would get our refund of £28. We show up to collect it. Not only did the woman at the desk tell us to leave the shop but she opened the kebab got a whiff of that feral smell and punched the box in anger, which had caught us off guard. She refused to pay us our refund, and demanded we have £25 instead. She then proceeded to gaslight us saying it is OUR fault that she is loosing money like we stole from the register. Next threatens to get her husband onto us and again refuses to give us our full refund. In the end we got it but left feeling unhappy overall. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE . I repeat DO NOT BUY THE KEBAB. I wouldn’t recommend buying from J’s Pizza.

   This is a horrible place to order from. It took approximately an hour and fifteen minutes to just deliver this order. Mind you, the lady on the phone told us it was gonna take 30-45 minutes, plus, we live just down the road. Once we finally got our order, we were hit with a putrid nasty smell. We noticed it came from what was supposed to be the kebab and when we opened it, we knew something was wrong. The donna meat look like a rotten mess and had a rubber like texture. Not to mention the vile taste. And im not trying to exaggerate. But the smell is now all across my house. I can’t go downstairs without physically gagging. Yes, we did get a refund, but the lady at the desk wasn't very happy about it considering she was only willing to pay less than we were told. She also punched the box that had the kabab in it. DO NOT get the kabab. If anything get the pizza because it’s actually rather nice.

   20 Pizzas!! Everyone bang on. So I phoned up two days before my daughter’s birthday party and asked them if they could do 20 Large pizzas for us and five boxes of fries. They took my number and the owners son called me back an hour later as they was busy. Arranged with him what we wanted. Was happy to do them and the time we needed for them for. Price was bang on. We dropped a 50% deposit down as agreed and then collected them today on time and payed the rest of the money. They kept in contact well to confirm times and make sure we still needed that amount. Very welcoming when we went to pay deposit and also collect the pizzas. Got to say the pizzas was beautiful to eat and everyone was asking where we got them from so I told them. Let’s hope it’s some future customers for you as you deserve it. If I could I’d give the pizzas 6 stars. Thank you so much. See you next time

   Wow... an absolute banging meal.. pizza was amazing.. have struggled lately to get a pizza thatbis actually nice. The base was lovely, crust was as it shoukd be and the toppings were all fresh. Chicken stripes were delicious. Crispy and not dry.. had sold out of chilli peppers called straight away to explain and sorted ot out right away. Guy on the phone sorting it out was lovely too. Great place , great food . Our new pizza place definitely..

   Best pasta and jacket potatoes. Chilli is wonderful love the spinach . Always clean. My children love it here foods always fresh. Best cafe I've been to and worth every penny . I have had a breakfast here multiple times and its defo worth the money.

   Had a breakfast from here this morning it was terrible, snotty beaten up eggs, under cooked sausage, cold tomatoes not chopped, thinnest undercooked bacon iv ever seen. Everything about this was all wrong, a 10 year old could have cooked it better. Will deffinately not be eating from this place again and if you want a decent breakfast neither will you.
