   Lovely place to get a coffee friendly staff and a beautiful large building with plenty of space. Coffee was amazing and so was the mince pie. In the area visiting and very nice place to relax for an hour taking the weight off.

   A nice branch of Costa near the entrance to Churchill Precinct, just off the High Street. I've called in a few times recently and the staff are friendly, the premises always clean and welcoming. I haven't tried the food, hence the lack of stars!

   For me Costa in Dudley is the best Costa I have ever visited. The atmosphere and ambiance is friendly, relaxed and the staff always provide a service with a smile. They know I have a penchant for chocolate drinks and never fail to have me coming back for more! A wonderful Costa in the heart of Dudley!

   Not usually a big fan of Costa, but a good amount of seating and tables. Nice and clean and fairly busy. Food and drinks as you should expect from this chain. Staff seemed polite and friendly.

   Only place I could get an Oat Latte due to my milk allergy and it was lovely… although the medium was £4.30 which is a bit steep. Nice clean place and the staff were efficient and polite. I’ll go there again for my Oaty Coffee.

   I would like to send a special thanks to an amazing, polite and patient customer service Amanda; she was patient to answer all my questions as this was the first time I visit main Costa shop. One of the team does not have any patience to give a good direction or answerd to a new customer. Unfortunately, I drink my Latte coffee without my chocolate powder, they suppose to put the chocolate shaker next to the sugar.
