   Just wanted to take the time to thank the baristas in the upper mall, I probably grab a coffee there two or three times a week and usually see the same servers, they are so sweet and attentive, coffee is always fantastic and if it ever isn’t they don’t hesitate to remake it for me. It’s a really busy Starbucks and even though they are rushed off their feet they are still so smiley and chatty and it brightens my day to know I’m always going to get great service. Customer service can be really exhausting and stressful so I wanted to acknowledge the staff - thank you guys!

   What can I say but the people in this place are the best and go above and beyond to help you out. 24hrs post op under anaesthetic with stitches, swelling and pain. Needed flavour and they did me a tepid hot chocolate which was the best to help me out. Thank you guys that is what I call perfect customer service and customer satisfaction. We will definitely be back.

   I was looking forward to relaxing with a cup of cold drink a, but the experience was disappointing. Several tables were dirty and sticky, and it seemed like they hadn’t been cleaned in a while. It made the place feel uninviting and unhygienic. Even though the coffee was decent, the lack of cleanliness really ruined the atmosphere.

   Very lovely people! They always check how om doing today and always make my drink exactly the way that I like it. Such lovely people. I suffer with autism and its nice knowing that this environment is quite quiet for me. No loud blenders, no screaming children or anything. It's my go-to coffee shop!

   Very pleasantly surprised. I didn't expect a lot but this seemed a cut above the normal chain. It was spotlessly clean a lady continually clearing away and wiping down tables. The cakes very nice and a larger cup than I've had elsewhere. To top it off very friendly and helpful counter staff.

   My son and I had a snack here for the first time yesterday. It was busy but the staff were very quick and efficient. There was a mix up with my order but the staff sorted this out quickly. They apologized for the delay and even gave me a drinks voucher as compensation.
