Ordered pork baguette which was sold out. The which was delivered was completely wrong! Ordered the Colleybite burger. Received a weird burger, sausage, tortilla chip combo. Couldn’t be bothered to return due to length of time waiting. Do better!
Had 5 pork baguettes with stuffing and gravy NOT worth the money meat full of gristle couldn't eat it usually spend £50 aweek but no more ... And arrived an hour late the delivery girl never said sorry it's late .. I did rate 5 stars but now it's 1 in past they have been lovely excellent value for money lovely fresh and hot and on time but the last order was worst ever and my last ... You don't treat regular customers this way spending £50 a week ....I always used Uber eats .... STAY CLEAR FROM COLLEY BITE .... Don't deserve the one star given

Their ‘customer service’ is disgusting - hanging up on customers, calling them liars and having the audacity to tell them not to be frustrated with the process as they refuse to provide a refund when their incompetent drivers deliver their Just Eat orders to the wrong house. Apparently they have no complaints procedure and no managers on shift for a week to log a complaint… convenient isn’t it? We got a refund through Just Eat instantly which says a lot about the reputability of this place. To the restaurant - you could do with giving your drivers a lesson of how to locate the correct address, and your other staff members who answer the phone a lesson in how to speak to customers. We were just trying to address the issue until we were called liars and refused any help. Disgraceful!
Ordered food from this place on just eat. It never arrived, once I got the notification to say it was delivered I called the restaurant to see what was going on. They told me they would phone the driver and call me back. They did call me back but I was told that the order was delivered to the correct address. It wasn't, I never received my order. The woman on the phone was very rude and was implying I was lying. She told me that the food was delivered to a house with a little girl and two dogs. I have no dogs and no kids. After being hung up on multiple times I went through just eat to get my refund. Absolutely appalling service.
