   Nice and quiet, i was unsure of what special coffee to get I was offered to try a sample. Which the Eggnogg latte was not the best haha. But i had two nice coffees with great coffee art on them.

   Have been going to this Starbucks since the day it opened. My partner and I are regulars here however have to say this is nothing like it used to be. The staff used to be pleasant and if they got something wrong they couldn’t apologise enough and you’d get a free drinks token. This is the 3rd visit in a row now where I’ve asked for a hot toffee nut latte of the xmas menu and been given an iced latte !!! They cannot seem to get any of the drinks right and no apology!!. Also to insult to injury then gave me a small latte instead of the large that I’d paid £7 for!! What is going on?? Also defo not impressed by the increase of xmas drinks prices!!!

   Nice location and shop is generally tidy however this is my 3rd visit when I've been served cold coffee when I specifically asked for hot latte! Staff are pleasant to talk to but some could do with smiling a bit more often. Restaurante is bit noisy at peak times

   This was the cleanest Starbucks I’ve ever been in! Standards definitely gone down. Rubbish and did all over the floor and no tables without used cups etc. Lovely light and airy seating area with large outside seating area and lots of parking. Drive through attached. No longer have any fresh vegan muffins etc just bagged brownie/flapjack hence the 1 star for food

   Fist of all, the coffee and the food was great. My problem was with the level of service we received. There were six staff working at the time. Great. So it shouldn’t take ten minutes to make two coffees and put two cakes on a plate when eating in. I shouldn’t have to ask for saucers for the cups. I shouldn’t have to ask for a tray to carry the drinks to the table. It appears that if you want a quicker service, then go through the drive through or order for delivery. They were being prioritised over people who were stood in the store. Just not good enough and we won’t be back.

   Staff very friendly but clearly didn't listen to my order. I ordered a large vanilla latte to take away as well as a banana bread and a five cheese toastie, toastie is hot and fresh but I only got a medium latte with no vanilla syrup and I got a cinnamon swirl instead of a banana bread, hadn't got time to query it with staff as I was late for work, but its safe to say I won't be returning here.

   Well clean a d tidy. Tables was cleaned regularly. Staff are very welcoming and polite. A member of staff had drawn a autumn themed board.

   Everyone knows Starbucks. Toilets are a bit stupid here. They have 2 doors. So someone goes in a locks the door to the toilet. Then someone else goes in and can only get to the sink, because someone else is locked in the toilet. For them to get out the toilet you have to leave the sink area. Totally useless. What's happened to normal toilets. Also they try and rush you at the till.

   A bit expensive but the Almond croissants was fresh (we went at 10pm)! The strawberry iced drink was very refreshing and the coffee was delicious! It was our 1st time in this Starbucks. we like it even if the prices were very high: £4 a tall iced drink £2,50 almost croissant £2,50cofee . Overall 90% recommended.
