Found my dream pram so happy with it the owners is so lovley and helpful the best customer service I've had from the many pram shops I've been into recently highly recommend!!!
I have popped into here a few times just to nosey and the owner is so friendly. I called up once with a very specific request, and I was gobsmacked at the owners knowledge of travel cots - she knew all the sizes of travel cot and brands off the top of her head! I wa looking for a particularly narrow mattress!) Went in for a larger buggy for my toddler and she showed me around all the options and I ended up leaving with a brilliant bargain second hand buggy which is perfect. Will always check here first when I need something!
The woman was very helpful and couldn't of been nicer!! Got ourselves the most beautiful pram! Will definitely return for any other needs or advice.
Absolutely awful customer service! Does not understand any aspect of consumer law and refused to refund an item that we deemed not suitable for our needs!! We are now left with an item that was attached to our pram for 20 minutes as they are saying it has been ‘used’!! I was going to purchase an eggz from this shop as it is local and I like to support local businesses but I will be taking my business elsewhere and will never return to this shop again! I will be reporting this issue to egg directly and would not recommend any purchase from this shop as if you need a refund you will be left out of pocket!!
I have had contact with this shop 3 times and every time the owner has been a snotty unhelpful person. Awful customer service. If you want the lovely experience you are meant to have whilst shopping for you baby's pram PLEASE PLEASE stay away from here.
