I only go to Nero as part of the Octoplus promo but this is my favourite store I've been to. Staff seems more interested and helpful when things went wrong.

Came in today received the worst chai latte very watery and not sweet at all. Cant believe i wasted so much money on this and then to top it all of, was really bad service.

Caffè Nero in Stourbridge is our go-to café because of the wide range of vegan options and the welcoming service, plus it is dog-friendly. While cleanliness isn’t always perfect and table clearing can sometimes be overlooked, the staff’s knowledge about allergens is excellent, and pricing and labels are always clear. The current vegan passionfruit cheesecake is absolutely delightful. On a few occasions, staff have pretended to be out of plant based cream instead of opening a fresh carton, which is disappointing since we can see the stock in the fridge, but that doesn’t stop us from coming back. Service is generally efficient, some baristas are better than others at making coffees, but that’s true in most places, and I don’t believe I’ve ever had a bad coffee from there. Although Coffee One is owned by the same company as Nero, I find their attempt at a “fake independent” vibe disingenuous. The loyalty program at Nero adds to the positive experience, and overall, the coffee quality is consistently better than many other major chains. This dependable combination keeps us coming back regularly.

Great coffee, Great staff apart from the one employees who treat handicappeded, disabled people badly, she refuses to serve them and when you defend them you are treated the same, she is rude and nasty, people with autism and mental health issues are not welcome. Mental health issues, Autism people who don’t like environments with loud noise.

Hadn’t been for a while. Won’t ever bother again. Sunday I popped in for a coffee…..dirty tables, filthy floor, crockery everywhere, 3 staff and I only saw one working at a time in the 25mins I was there. Standing chatting whilst the crockery piled up and people waited in the queue. Awful place.

Let’s start by saying this store has the most polite friendly staff ever. Nothing is too much trouble. They make you feel welcome the moment you arrive and order. The drinks are first class. It simply wipes the floor with other coffee houses on the high st. If you’re in the area check them out. You will not be disappointed at all. Food, drinks ,atmosphere all 1st class.

Whats not to love with Café Nero its my go to place for excellent tasting coffee and in my opinion far better that thoes other high street brands not to say they make nasty coffee but I just love the taste of Café Nero coffee. Coffee was great environment very comfortable and well decorated and the service was second to none in this Stourbridge outlet.

A good version of the chain. Staff welcoming and greeted regulars by name. The property needs a little bit of TLC in some places where the paint has chipped off but otherwise fine.
