   I recently visited the Morrisons Café in Bromsgrove. The café looked fairly clean, but the cutlery, mugs, and teapots were dirty or watermarked. Service was just okay – staff didn’t seem particularly friendly or engaged. I had a full English breakfast with chips and a refillable hot drink. The drink was good value, but the food arrived lukewarm and went cold quickly due to air conditioning blowing directly above the table, which also made the space uncomfortable. Even though it wasn’t busy, there were no knives available and the coffee machine was nearly out of beans. The chips also had an odd taste, like they were cooked in old oil. I might return purely for convenience, but overall, it wasn’t a great experience.

   Food was fair for the price, and free coffee refills are good. Staff weren't visible much of the time, though so i had to wait and go and find them to order. The cutlery was not out, and mugs were coffee stained. You get what you pay for, and it's more a place you would visit out of convenience.

   Entered the cafe to it being empty and ordered from the self service for x2 meal deals. Ended up waiting an hour for food. There is no sign posting, so having never been here before didnt know you had to collect your own cake from the front counter however what I ordered wasn't there so had to pick something different anyway To get a member of staff you have to sit staring at the kitchen door as there is noone around, when you then speak to one they're unbothered. I saw a customer cleaning 4 tables because there was no staff around to do it. Food was fine, nothing wrong with it but I won't be coming back for more.

   We called in here with our grandson yesterday afternoon and will never do it again. The roller door to the cafe was up on one side and down at the other, the ordering touch screen would not start, and the card machine gave no receipts. The coffee machine was empty and was displaying "needs cleaning" and the hot water for tea was struggling to dispense water. Cutlery was all stained. The cafe was almost empty at 2-30 p.m. with several staff hiding in the kitchen rather than sorting these problems or simply helping. On a positive note the afternoon tea for two at £12-99 was okay, but ridiculously this didn't qualify our 2 year old grandson for a free childs meal.....whereas a single adult meal of under £5 would have done! A staffless, soulless, shockingly poor experience Morrisons.

   Dirty everywhere All the drinks machines were out of order The coffee machine was filthy plus surrounded by a mass of flies Not surprised as the smell of gone of milk was overwhelming We ordered and paid at the touch screen counter x2 breakfasts X2 coffees X2 refillable drinks Total £34.38 (wow) no receipt it’s not working Condiments were empty People were sat waiting for food and even approached the kitchen to see where it was Staff were none existent we finally got our money back to which the attitude of the bloke was a (didn’t give a **** attitude) We made a swift exit and will not be returning

   Breakfast here use to be good. But air conditioning makes you feel cold so your not comfortable. And cutlery, mugs and tea pots are either dirty, water marked or both. Food was nice and tasty but toast was cold... because of the air conditioning and 1.69 for a hot drink that's not a refill can get better from mcdonalds for 99p

   Have not been to thisCafe for an long While! Last visit was very disappointing! BUT This Visit was Totally a Different experience! Staff were Polite & Helpful. Breakfast ordered, really Nice. Had Coffee x2, tasty and Not too Expensive. Social Distancing, still available. Tables cleaned and Cleared quickly. Very impressed! Will Defo use again!

   Sooooooo.i wated a good 20 minutes just to order my food..then i had to wait nearly an hour to get my toast! Just to taste that it is cold... and the poor man was there waiting for almost double the time then us but he had such good patience waiting .
