   This is such a wonderful costa. We go every week on a Saturday and one of the staff members is so kind to my elderly mother his name is Arauind and he is so warm , professional and he really makes my mum feel special. It’s one of the highlights of her week. Thank you so much x x

   I come to this costa everyday twice a day and I can say this is far the best costa I have visited with the friendly staff morning and afternoon staff are always welcome and happy to customers etc. Keep up the outstanding work your team do at the location. Dine in and the drive tho great to see a great team work so great together. I would also like to add that Promy delivered a 5-star experience. She was incredibly fast, clear, and helpful. Please pass on my sincere thanks to Promy she is a credit to your company.

   It was awful. Wrong order and when pointed out, the attendant said 'oh I will just scrape the cream off' Horrified he thought that was acceptable.

   Lovely staff, the restaurant was incredibly clean! Only thing is that the toilet could have been cleaner. Otherwise they also had a water filling point. Would go back!
