   Went into Chesterfield store today to return tv which we collected 2 days ago. Explained it wasn't suitable and as we had ordered it online we were entitled to return. Staff were very unfriendly and just kept saying you need to return it online and not in shop but offered no advice on procedure. We had to ask which telephone number was required!! So unhelpful. We normally try the branch at Crystal Peaks as they are much friendlier there.

   Parking horrendous, didn't have item I wanted ( even though in stock on internet and when I rang to make sure, )! Staff useless and one lady in particular completely unhelpful and downright rude! Ended up going to AO who were better priced for what I wanted, great delivery and excellent staff over the phone. Shan't ever bother with Currys again!

   Excellent service. We bought a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, integrated oven, gas hob, extractor fan, and microwave for comfortably under £2000 after offers and deductions in the Black Friday sale. This also included extended warranties. Jit looked after us very well indeed.

   Was pushed around after 20min wait to 3 staff who knew nothing about the product to be sent to till to be told it wasnt in stock? But the shelf had 8 boxes on it, all empty? Was taken to business part to order and told my account had been closed and I'd lost my free delivery. Click and collect Was free, home delivery was free inshore payed for by card but they wanted £8.99 to deliver on my new business account. Shocking service and robbing fir delivery if you pay cash or use a new business account after THEY closed your old one. Big company robbing people well not me again.

   Super friendly. Had a slight emergency with my phone not letting me open it and I couldn't get home, went to the Repair and Support desk. The lovely member of staff there, Pam, helped restart my phone when I couldn't. Made me feel so much better.

   Amazing service! Johnnie saw us looking lost from across the store, ran over and found us exactly what we were looking for, very friendly and bright! He then sold us an Internal SSD. Great value too! Recommended other products to pair with the SSD. Star employee right there!

   Excellent customer service from Tom at the Chesterfield store, he was very friendly, helpful and helped me to my car with my purchases as they were too heavy for me. I have visited this store a few times now, lovely knowledgeable staff and always well stocked. I finally have a Ninja Duel Air Fryer, woohoo!!

   Went into the store to look at dishwashers. The lady I saw was extremely helpful and well informed. Above and beyond the usual customer service. The 2 guys who came to install our dishwasher were also excellent, very friendly, highly competent, and patiently sorted out a couple of fitting snags.

   Called in to buy a laptop at the Chesterfield branch. The website said they were in stock and ready to collect. When I arrived I asked where the model of laptop was and instead of pointing towards one so I could purchase the sales assistant just started trying to sell insurance and backup disks. I told him I just wanted to look at the laptop but he kept on with the hard sell. At that point I just left and went to a shop which wanted my business. I won't be returning.

   Plenty of space to walk around. Lots to choose from on two floors. Quick service at the till. The only downside for me is you are approached every time you just want to browse. Free parking at the Retail Park.
