   The best coffee shop in merry hill. Ive been coming here for a few years now and now it’s under the management of Rose there is not only a visual change but an atmosphere change too! All the staff are welcoming and kind and actually look like they want to be there! The fridges are always full of ever changing cakes, sandwiches, brownies etc and there are always new and exciting drink options to choose from. Anyone who has had a bad experience in the past should take a visit to Rose and the team now, you wont be disappointed!

   The best Coffee I've ever had by a mile. We always make sure to rest here when shopping at Merry Hell. How they get their coffee so creamy is beyond me. And the pistachio layer cake is on another level (very disappointed it had all gone on our last visit)

   I was served today by a lady who had a severe attitude problem. It seems this Gloria Jeans branch love to hire people with attitude problems as this isn't the only person who I've been served by who makes you feel like you are inconveniencing them. I work in the centre and when I asked if I could use my staff discount and if they wanted to see my merry hill app, I was met with a scoff and "I gathered from your lanyard that you work here". There is simply no need for such hostile energy. You work in retail. Some basic level of customer service is expected.

   Can't rate the food because I only ever had a biscuit with my coffee... but always a nice warm welcome for the guy behind the counter... lovely pleasant setting area... coffee is always hot .. which is one of the main reasons I keep going..keep the good work up guys

   Great vegan options! Aswel as non vegan! A good selection of vegan cakes, wraps and baguettes. The coffee with oat milk is lush! Sarah was very helpful, polite and friendly It's nice to see service with a smile. This will be my go to place , when I'm at Merry Hill from now. Thank you

   Me and my partner went to go Costa the other evening but as it was closed we saw Gloria Jeans and thought we’d give it a go. The customer service was amazing, couldn’t be more helpful and polite if they tried and the coffee was the best we’ve had in ages. I’ve returned a few times since and the staff remember you and every single one we’ve spoken to has been so welcoming!
