βI always enjoy visiting Costa Coffee. The drinks are consistently great, the staff are friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere is cosy and relaxing. Itβs the perfect spot whether Iβm grabbing a quick coffee on the go or sitting down for a break. Definitely one of my favourite coffee shops!β

Very very rude, made my drink three times and it was still poor. Obviously everyone has to train, but shouldn't be unsupervised

Really clean, nice choice of milks on offer, oat, soya, Almond and Cow. Also, now selling M&S sandwiches and snacks, lovely sunny day, brollies on offer if you want them. Comfy seating, good customer service.

Nice, quiet. Can sit and watch the world go by! I visited on a colder day and it being open it can be a bit chilly however the sun was shining through the glass roof and it was lovely. Drink was fantastic but cake was cold and hard, almost as though it was yesterdayβs that had been stored in the fridge and pulled out again in the morning. But recommend!

Popped in whilst wife went around the shops and had Coffee, top marks for the coffee it was spot on, the indoor Market and Costa Coffee was freezing cold, my wife asked if they could put the heater on and was told by staff member at Costa Coffee, "the heaters were broken", no heaters were working. Its a shame because the coffee was brilliant and spot on. Would have given Costa Coffee 5 stars if I had been able to get warm there and the heaters were working.

- ordered 2 kids hot chocolates with marshmallows (charged small price, not kids) Β£3.25 each!! - asked to make it not too hot as it's for the kids but passed the drinks and told be careful as they will be hot! (we tried and they were scalding!) - Flat white tasted like a milky mess with barely a taste of coffee. - Customer service was non-existant, both staff seemed like they just didn't want to be there. We will stick to Nero in future who know what customer service is and how to make a coffee (note this is based on this venue alone, other Costa experiences have been much better)

Visited here on a Saturday to try out the new ruby hot chocolate. Service was ok, no problems. Drinks were nice. The only thing I would comment on is the tables were all messy and needed cleaning. It wasnβt exactly busy and there seemed to be a lot of staff on

Nice, clean, a bit noisy but that was the young college kids in the shop. I don't notice a disabled ramp so it will be awkward for wheelchairs, pushchairs and the infirm. All in all not a bad experience, but in truth, not for me!
