Been here multiple times and had a lovely experience. The last time I went it was awful. I booked in October for December @ 11.30am as I knew it would be busy for me and two friends for my birthday. When I got there they hadn't got my booking despite me showing them the email confirmation. We were able to paint luckily because someone had cancelled but we had to share a table and by the time they'd say us down and started it was 12pm and we'd lost the first 30 minutes. Them 45 minutes later we got told they needed the table back at 1pm so only had half our time. No apologies or anything and no pre-warning. I've also contacted since to make a complaint and no one has got back to me! I don't like putting negative reviews on but felt like I've had no choice as no response. Unfortunately I won't be returning which is a shame because I've been so many times as we usually love it.

Came here with my girlfriend yesterday, and I have absolutely no complaints, the staff were all welcoming and attentive, they explained how everything worked clearly, the atmosphere was very friendly and the music rocked, will definitely come again! Thank you!

Came here with the husband for a date night. It was such a nice experience. The gal whose name I don't recall (sorry) was so helpful and friendly as it was our first time. The charcuterie board was really nice. It was too hot for coffee but it looked great. Can't wait to pick up our projects to see the finished pottery. We're not painting experts but it sure was fun.

Nice idea, quite a good time in store. We came as a couple to celebrate our wedding. Unfortunately they didn’t contact me to let me know our items were ready to collect. Owing to family illness and bereavement, I didn’t realise for some time, and when I contacted the shop I had to chase them for six weeks for a response. Turns out they bin your items with no notice if you haven’t collected, even if they’ve not contacted you. The messages I received were abrupt, bordering on rude. Apparently they “don’t have time to keep chasing people”, which I’d understand if I’d received a single call. I was offered a free session but we chose not to take it as the experience was upsetting and we lost our sentimental items. NB this was a while ago, perhaps things have improved.

Had a lovely experience. Really enjoyed the relaxing experience. Didn't realise we had to come back 10 days later so please factor this into costs as I had to drive 45 mins each way just to collect.
