The staff member was quite rude, forgot an item from my order and the mozzarella bites had been left out that long, they had gone stale.
A bad experience today in Greggs Kingswinford. We decided to eat in, so I secured one of the 3 tables whilst my partner ordered our food. When my partner joined me with our food, one of the staff felt it necessary to say in front of the whole shop, "you just sit there comfy whilst she does all the work" trying to make out that I was lazy or not chivalrous who knows. Also witnessed staff being unnecessarily rude to just eat drivers who were only trying to do their job. Found it to be unprofessional and rude in all honesty.
Ordered on just eat got a ham and cheese baguette. Received a tuna baguette which I can’t eat due to severe allergies. When ringing store I received no help because they didn’t answer the phone. Ridiculous!
As I delivery driver I found this place to be really bad. I went to pick up my order which was ready to collect and I can see it behind the counter. There was a long queue of in shop customers and I do understand she shop assistant have to serve customers so I waited at the collection point for around 10 minutes occasionally asking for delivery bags to handed over to me but they just ignored me. It would have taken less then 30secounds to hand the bags over yet they continued to serve in shop customer and acted rudely to delivery drivers. In the end I just cancelled the job and left shop. What also makes it bad is that they know there is no near by parking and drivers park on double yellow lines and need a quick pick up yet they just don't care.. bad service all over my experience was on Sunday 10th November.
I had ordered a Too Good To Go bag the previous day to pickup after 17.30 & before 18.00 (I was the first to order 1 of 5 available bags) & less than an hour before I was due to leave home it was cancelled. The worst thing about this is that I now have to wait for my money to be paid back to my credit card.
Really friendly staff. My twins love it in here. Much better since the refurb. More seating would be great. Maybe a high table at the window?
Visited here twice, only to be told bacon will be 15 minutes. I explained I could cook it quicker myself and knew it only took 200 seconds to cook the bacon in the oven. Really rude staff including the manager (apparently I'm rude for kidding up a fuss by the way) on the second visit I was told 10 mintues - again ridiculous. I use the Pensnett Estate and Malvern branch all the time bacon readily available no wait. Haven't got a clue what they are doing here what so ever.
Since they’ve moved to the bigger shop, the selection has been so good in there. Before they never did soups or the cooked things like wedges and paninis and now they do everything and always have stuff left. Nice place to go and only end up spending £3-4 the lunch.
Nice food as always if u need a snack or drink
Coffee is ⅓ of the price of other coffee places, but just as good
