I am very scared of how this manager in this supermarket treated me, a woman with an arrogant attitude. I will never come to this store again. This has a very dirty attitude. For this reason, I will never visit this supermarket. Be careful. I hope they react very quickly to this person.

I used to used to visit starbucks regularly and do the shopping at Sainsburys at the same time. However the toilets progressively get worse during the day and are very unhygienic. The cleanliness of the toilets is representative of the cleanliness of the supermarket. It really needs to get sorted.

Used to love shopping here, great experience each time and polite staff, however there has definitely been a decline. Whether this be due to not enough staff, or just laziness, its not acceptable. There is blood from meat products spilt over shelves, that has clearly been there for some time as it is dry, and the overall cleanliness is just not there. I picked up a meat product in store and got the blood all over my hands, disgusting.

Tried the click and collect service today for the first time at my local sainsbury. As you can see in the picture the c&c works by driving to the click and collect point then pressing a button to confirm you've arrived. Then you tell them your name and order number and then they bring it out to you. When they bring it they have it in a basket so make sure you bring bags with you otherwise you'll need to load the items 1 by 1 into your car which is annoying Also make sure you double check what you ordered, my mind wad 100 miles away as i had 100 other things to do that day so didn't realise till I got home that they had only given me half my stuff! Luckily they did call me which was nice to tell me but then I had to go back and do another trip. My advice would be always double check. Apart from the wait and double trip it was decent and faster than strolling through the store. Also its free too at certain times of the day.

Our local store is always well stocked and the staff are lovely, plus if you're lucky with your timing the reduced items are a real bargain! Also love having an Argos is store too!

The self service tills are always mega busy and often only 1 member of staff servicing all of them so you can wait a small eternity to get them to wave their magic card when the till.decides you've done something wrong... i would prefer to go to a human till, but the queues for them are enormous aswell... the old sainsburys was much better.
