   Our kitchen first arrived in November 2024 and, unbelievably, it took until December 2025 for us to finally receive everything we had already paid for. Over a year of delays, missing parts, excuses, and stress. During this time, we were forced to go through the complaints department, the ombudsman, and the finance company just to get Magnet Rotherham to do the bare minimum and complete the kitchen we’d been paying for the entire time. The customer service is absolutely appalling. Calls not returned, issues brushed off, and no sense of urgency or accountability whatsoever. At no point did it feel like anyone cared about resolving the problem without being pushed. You genuinely could not pay me to have them supply another kitchen. If you value your time, money, or sanity, stay well away.

   We came into store a month ago and spent time discussing what we wanted and expected to recieve a quote for a large kitchen and appliances. I have since called twice to chase this and have heard absolutely nothing. Just been fobbed off each time with a 'she'll be in touch'. Doesnt give us any confidence on using them when they cant even send a quote.
