   Had a kitchen from this depot . Design stage etc was brilliant but everything from delivery onwards was a poor service . Fitter had no end of issues with damages and the branch manager ( Paul ) was very reluctant to sort any issues and became rude . Avoid .

   As a tradesman I have done a lot of business with this depot over the years which used to be a good well run branch. However recently things have taken a turn for the worse. This branch has become greedy and more concerned about figures rather than the service provided to customers . Increasing costs and become well overpriced compared to other kitchen suppliers , and to be honest even other Howdens depots. Recently there has been numerous issues with stock , damages and a real lack of organisation. One of the benefits to Howdens is the fact branches sort problems quickly and efficiently , not this depot. Problems that have been caused on their behalf have been ignored and lied about and nothing sorted. I’ve had to wait weeks , sometimes months for credits onto accounts. As a customer and tradesman , I would recommend getting a far superior services from other local Howdens depots.

   Excellent in every way, so helpful with everything from a polite good morning to all the planning & delicious fresh coffee. On my return visit to tweek the planning a little, a coffee was brought to me without asking! All the staff were cheery, happy & so friendly. No pressure sales, quite the opposite in fact. Even changing my delivery to help with their schedules, it wasn't an issue. All the staff were polite & courteous, a big thank you to all.

   Terrible Depot, increase prices if they don’t like your face, rude staff. The lady with the blonde hair which I believe is the manager extremely rude and lazy wouldn’t get off her phone and watched me stand at the counter for 15mins. Said it wasnt her job to serve me. When I was in the showroom a young family was in with two small children and all you could hear is swearing from the so called kitchen designers and people in the office I was embarrassed to hear it. I will not ever be using this depot again and wouldn’t recommend it. Prices are always different depending on who you speak too, you ask them to call you back and they don’t I’ve started using Wickes and Wren. Nothing in stock and when it is it’s damaged. AVOID AT ALL COST
