Booked them to come collect furniture and kitchen electrical appliances. Emptying my mums bungalow now she has gone into a care home. They came in said sofa , which had been bought from them, didn’t have a fire resistant label on, explained it had come from them but he said it must have tore off !! Went round kitchen said washer had some rust below powder drawer, couldn’t take that! Looked at a relatively new fridge freezer, looked at the seals, which looked fine to me, said he couldn’t take that. Went into bedroom, looked at wardrobes and dressing table. Them looked at electric chair. He then went outside, said he was gunna ring shop leaving a young fellow in the house. Asked him if they were taking 2 Units and he said no, they didn’t want Mahogany as nobody wants them, they can’t get rid of them for 50p. I said what about the solid wood ingrained table and he said it had water damage!! The first bloke who had a very bad attitude must have crept in and and took the TV unit while we were in the other room. If I had known he wouldn’t have got it. I will never step foot in that place ever again and I certainly won’t be donating to this so called Charity!!

Bought a wooden framed bed for my elderly mother. Great staff in store. Delivered but I didnt realise they dismantle the bed. I was a bit shocked to say the least when I found it in pieces in the bedroom. Luckily my brother helped put it together, a few screws missing but managed to secure it. Something for other buyers to check before buying.

The worst delivery service I've ever incounted our delivery was due 19th April bought 3 items 2 from the new flat pack and one 2nd hand wardrobe . The 2nd hand wardrobe was totally missed off the delivery. For me to have to ring the store to try and get it delivered as the store is only 10mins from my house ,was told by the assistant manager that he would make sure it was delivered on 20th April 1st thing in the morning no later then 9.30 was a no show this time ..the assistant manager didn't even have the Decency to ring to tell me this had happened so at 10am I rang myself to then very told it would get delivered no later then 12.30pm the same day to which I said OK to but it have to be that time as one was available after that time .For them to arrive at 1.30pm when I had told the assistant manager I wouldn't be in they didn't even ring Me to say they where trying to deliver . My neighbour saw them and told them to ring me . I got home to be told they been so rang the store again and they refused to get the men to come back with it. Yet again I've now been told it will be delivered Thursday between 10 and 11 . Again I've got work so if not delivered at this time no one will be in . I will not be using them again . So my suggestion if you want any big goods them them arrange for a van and man to collect it as its a nightmare to get things delivered. This has caused more distress then I needed and to have no where to put my things for 2 days .so I hope it does come tomorrow or I will be I the store getting a full refund. And looking elsewhere for a wardrobe.

I have a corner sofa and chair I wanted them to have, they walked in my house and threw all my cushions all over the floor then said there's a rip they won't take it. I looked its a really small tear under the cushion , they were about to go leaving all my cushions on the floor until I spoke and told them to put them back. Its rude and obnoxious to treat people like that. The heart foundation is supposed to be a charity but yet they want brand new furniture.
