   Great place, it’s got a wide selection of equipment at a high quality. Best thing about the this place though has to be the staff. Always helpful and they go above and beyond. Andy especially deserves a special mention.

   Ordered a Cake Carrier in store as a present before Christmas (4 working days). Their ordering system didn't show the item wasn't in stock. Additionally when the order was placed there was no customer service follow up when the order couldn't be fulfilled. Don't use this company - their back office system is useless and despite apologetic staff they clearly haven't invested to ensure there is a good customer experience. A refund and good will gesture doesn't cut it when a Christmas present doesn't arrive.

   I haven’t always been fond of Nisbets because of its price and general phone customer service (which is appalling) however my recent visit to this branch has changed my perception of the service. Andy, in 3 different occasions, has provided an incredible service; quick, professional and assertive. I hope they have a good manager looking after them.

   My experience of Nisbets has been nothing short of excellent. Like many starting hospitality business owners, I started looking online at new equipment, then leasing, then prices pushed me to refurb and second hand equipment then to "other" providers and in the end, I walked into Nisbets and honestly, I wish I had right from the very start, it would've saved me so much effort. The staff happily walked me through the equipment, talked to me about benefits of what equipment I could buy immediately, lease or finance later and how I could move from one to the other as my business grows. They did great deals for me on everything and when I ended up with the bill to pay, it was no more than any of the "cheaper" options I'd found online with the added value of a high street retailer that I can go back to for any issues. The staff even helped me carry a few bits of the equipment to my car on the day as well and made sure I had contact details and 30day quote sheets for the things I couldn't decide on there and then for me to go away and mull it all over. EXCELLENT salesmanship. I didn't catch names (I should've done because they deserve recognition) but I am very grateful for all their help and advice and I look forward to coming to Nisbets for everything my business needs in future.

   Terrible customer services, ordered £900 + worth of furniture for my Restaurant , returned it straight away due to poor quality . Company only refunded £16.00, company told us they’ve kept £900 due to packaging damage. The products where returned as they was originally delivered.
