   I wanted to buy matching bracelets for my partner, her sister and her mum last week and found a nice gold bracelet. Siobhan was so helpful and made my experience really relaxed. When they didn’t have enough bracelets in stock in Sheffield, Siobhan went above and beyond to help me ring ahead and reserve some others in Oxford that worked with my weekend travel plans, and the next morning I picked up the others. Thanks so much Siobhan! Everyone loved the bracelets.

   I absolutely love Oliver Bonas and was greeted by a lovely lady when I arrived, but then I was constantly followed around the store by another member of staff. It was clear they thought I was going to steal something, which made me feel uncomfortable.

   Staff are always friendly and helpful. Very polite when they tell you about the social distancing measures. Well sign posted within the shop which is nice. Clothes are always really well made and a reasonable price. The homeware is cute and funky.
