   I’ve always had a good experience with Efes Grill. Whenever I call up, the staff are really nice and respectful. The food always arrives hot and fresh, and I’ve never had a problem with it. Delivery is usually on time, and of course it can take a little longer when they’re busy, but that’s the same with any place. Definitely one of the better takeaways around I would 100% recommend keep it up Efes grill your doing great !!!

   Revived the wrong order ordered 3 wraps 1 Donna salad garlic mayo 1 plain with garlic mayo 1 Donna and chicken with salad and chilli all with chips rang up to tell them it was all wrong to be told they can send me a tray Donna meat

   I went to the shop to order and collect food.. My fries were given to me cold so returned them back into the shop and she said they only came out the fryer 3 mins ago, but offered to redo my order. I accepted and waited, got to the car opened my tray to find this! The portion size was hideous for the price I paid (approx £7) I will not return to this take away, very unhappy!

   wouldn't deliver due to were we lived, not because it is out of there way or delivery zone but because its a slightly rougher area. all of a sudden there are no delivery drivers or so they say. they were quick enough to confirm the order and take the money before realizing, and now having to wait up to 2 weeks for a refund are you taking the mick? so unprofessional.

   So disappointed with the order tonight, don’t bother. Got the combination lamb and donner kebab and it had about 6 slices of donner and 4 lamb pieces. Had the meal deal 1 - never in my life had a pizza like it. Should have got a 99p one from asda. Daylight robbery, and the kids chicken nugget meal wouldn't fill a 2 year old.

   Edit: Updating my review to say that even the food isn't as good as it used to be. Coleslaw tasted weirdly perfumey, food always seems to turn up cold, there's way too much onion sometimes and every time we've ordered has been like flipping a coin for whether we're satisfied. Original review: Food is good but they're always, ALWAYS late, especially compared to others in the area. Be it 5 minutes or 30+, it's pretty frustrating to order food and never get it within the time frame they give us.
