   I was incredibly impressed by the service at this store. I ordered a Microsoft surface online and a keyboard for it separately. I had gotten the wrong one online and I would have gone home buying it without realising. However, the staff noticed the problem and amended my order. They kindly explained the situation, organised a refund for the keyboard I ordered and sold me the correct Keyboard. They even helped me find a USB to help plug in my headset to the device. Not only this but they were extremely kind and friendly. It would have been easy for them to send me home with an item that isn't compatible with the one I bought but they went out of their way to make sure I had the correct one. This is a great example of professionalism and I deeply appreciate it.

   Wouldn't even five it a star. Double standards in selling and buying. I have purchased a ps5 that was not original seal from factory (original void stickers) it was not working as should do so they refused to do anything and stated they would not have sold it like that and the times I have purchased items that have stick drift dead battery's or something slightly wrong or marked but yet because I take a gpu that had a mark on it and also a few slight bent fins not even folded over or touching each other and they said thay can not take it when they have worse condition items in there displays

   Great Shop - I frequent this place on a weekly basis. I like to collect for the Xbox360 and this shop has an abundance of titles. Staff are always friendly and wanting to help. Highly recommend.

   Did a drop off order and took it to the Chesterfield branch where the staff were very helpful and promptly dealt with me. I was surprised to find that my items had been checked and I got paid the next day which is fantastic customer service.

   Okay CeX - Traded in a monitor to get a slightly newer model. Took an hour to test my monitor on a not particularly busy looking day, then questioned why I would want to see the monitor I was buying turned on. Staff seemed a bit downtrodden. As is usual with CeX, prices aren't set by staff and can be too much for certain items. No idea why turning the phones backwards was suggested as if I was to buy a phone I'd care a lot more about the screen condition than the back and I wouldn't que to get a staff member to turn it around. Overall, not bad but not great.

   Has some old items to sell and the staff were very helpful professional. I also bought a watch from them the same day and they talked me thought all about the watch. The young girl that severed me was extremely pleasant.
