Pretty bad experience. My mother and I walked in to a sales woman who looked at us with utter distain (far from a welcoming experience). I suggest they work on their customer service. I certainly won’t be going back.
There are not many of these boutiques left now a days. If you want something special and not the same as in the high street visit Grace. The staff are helpful with out being pushy
Grace is really the only high end fashion boutique outside London I will buy from. Cool and edgy, their carefully handpicked designer brands are bang on trend. This wonderfully friendly family run business goes from strength to strength every season, with stores also located in Henley and Marlow on Thames. If you like a particular piece, but you saw it in another of their stores? No problem, it will be over in a flash, and don't worry about seeing someone in the same outfit, as Grace only buy limited statement designs, which keep the store range fresh too. So don't wait, or you'll regret it later...!
