Angry, disrespectful owner who likes to shout at random people for parking in front of their shop on a public road. Pretty sure I pay road tax like yourself and you don't own that spot - you might want to get some therapy for anger management, you went from 0 to 100 in a second, I had 2 sleeping kids in the back of my car and the last thing they needed to wake up to was your foghorn blaring off. Had to move my car over fears of what would of happened to the vehicle had I left it alone. 10/10 would avoid like the plague.
