I visited Blue Boutique today and loved my new purchases. It made such a refreshing change to visit a shop full of stylish gems and try on etc. It made me realise that shopping on line is actually hard work after we order, try on and return when it doesn't suit. I loved seeing lots of original clothing & accessories. Many thanks Donna & Team. ❤️

I bought a 50.00 voucher in March as a present and it was not accepted today , we were told it was out of date as your vouchers are 6 months. That's very poor and greedy. You have taken 50.00 for nothing and we want our money back. You tried to claim lock down which is a joke. It's a terrible attitude when everyone is struggling and you will really damage your reputation. Plus we will write to small claims to investigate as there is no mention of this when it was purchased or on the voucher and we want it addressed please. We will await your response before we take action
Ladies in the shop very pleasant myself and my two daughters had a lovely time shopping in there lots of different styles apparently she is going on the website so you can look at all her new stock definitely go back
My 'go to' clothing shop , I head out to Blue from London maybe once or twice a year. I have to admit I hate shopping but they make it SO easy here. Super suitable for my shape and I can't believe how flattering some of their clothes are - Donna suggested a couple of things to try on and KAPOW ! I wish I could impress upon you how 'worth it ' a visit would be. Just try it once and you will have some lovely well priced things to cheer up your wardrobe. I went last Saturday and I'm thrilled.
Donna was very lovely as she would say... But unfortunately the I washed a jumper I had purchased from here I washed it following the care label but the ink ran and Stained other parts of the jumper whick was white, which I feel sad about as I will not wear this out now its just something I throw on in the house, I did get in touch with Blue but I was sadly ignored and didn't get a response back, I wasn't fishing for a discount as it was a sale item but an acknowledgement would have been nice........ I also purchased 2 tops and I have washed and worn them both twice following the care label again and the transfer on both have faded, unfortunately its not a shop I can afford to shop in often as they are pricey so I expected a much better quality. Sadly I think when I can treat myself I will go elsewhere which is a shame as I do like to support a local business.
